A long career telling stories through songs, musicals, plays, articles, presentations and blogs has led Eva Moon to a fresh career in screenwriting. With one short film in post-production, one in pre-production, two completed feature scripts, and film production work as a script supervisor, production coordinator and associate producer on numerous short film projects, she looks forward to a productive career as a professional screenwriter.

Eva previously performed her original music around the Pacific Northwest with her band, Eva Moon & the Lunatics; wrote, produced and performed several successful one-woman musical shows including “7 Deadly Sins.. and Me”, “My Perfect Life and Other Delusions”, and her solo show “The Mutant Diaries: Unzipping My Genes” which has been staged nationally in the US, in London twice and is now on DVD and Amazon Video on Demand. In 2015, her original, full-cast musical “First You Jump” premiered to full audiences and rave reviews.

Eva Moon & the Lunatics released two CD’s, Something’s Brewing in 2004 and Moon Falling Down in 2009. She also provides keyboard and lead vocals for Balkanarama, a popular Seattle band.

Eva’s musical background is eclectic. Originally from L.A., she’s currently enjoying the pop/jazz scene, but grew up playing Eastern European Gypsy music in several groups on both coasts and in Eastern Europe. She has entertained worldwide audiences in virtual worlds online and sings in 15 languages, including English.
